The Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit pays attention to open data, as it is one of the strategic priorities that the economies of modern and developed countries focus on, as open data helps researchers and entrepreneurs support innovation, access markets, and identify and access opportunities. In addition to supporting decision-making based on open data, and enhancing transparency between the public and private sectors. This approach embodies the Sultanate of Oman’s commitment to digital transformation and supports national strategies such as Oman Vision 2040.
